Job Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
Provide specialized instruction and support within inclusive classroom settings
Collaborate with general education teachers to modify curriculum and instructional strategies
Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed
Implement evidence-based academic and behavioral support practices
Maintain accurate documentation, progress reports, and compliance records
Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
Support students in achieving academic, social, behavioral, and functional goals
Communicate regularly with parents, guardians, and school staff
