Overview

Job Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Provide specialized instruction for students with learning disabilities and related educational needs
• Assess student progress and adapt instructional methods to support individual learning goals
• Implement evidence-based academic interventions and instructional strategies
• Collaborate with general education teachers, therapists, and support staff
• Maintain accurate documentation, progress reports, and compliance records
• Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
• Support students in developing academic, organizational, and self-advocacy skills
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and district special education regulations
