Job Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
Provide specialized instruction for students with learning disabilities and related educational needs
Assess student progress and adapt instructional methods to support individual learning goals
Implement evidence-based academic interventions and instructional strategies
Collaborate with general education teachers, therapists, and support staff
Maintain accurate documentation, progress reports, and compliance records
