Job Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
Provide specialized instruction for preschool and early childhood students with special needs
Create developmentally appropriate lesson plans and learning activities
Support the development of communication, cognitive, social-emotional, adaptive, and motor skills
Assess student progress and adapt instructional strategies to meet individual needs
Collaborate with speech therapists, occupational therapists, psychologists, and support staff
