Job Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
  • Provide specialized instruction for preschool and early childhood students with special needs
  • Create developmentally appropriate lesson plans and learning activities
  • Support the development of communication, cognitive, social-emotional, adaptive, and motor skills
  • Assess student progress and adapt instructional strategies to meet individual needs
  • Collaborate with speech therapists, occupational therapists, psychologists, and support staff
  • Maintain accurate documentation, progress reports, and compliance records
  • Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
