Overview

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct speech, language, and communication evaluations
• Develop individualized therapy goals based on student needs
• Provide individual and small-group speech-language services
• Address articulation, language, fluency, voice, and social communication skills
• Monitor therapy outcomes and adjust interventions when appropriate
• Contribute to IEP development, reviews, and student progress discussions
• Collaborate with educators, families, and related service providers
• Recommend classroom strategies that support communication development
• Maintain accurate evaluation reports, therapy notes, and progress records
• Encourage student confidence, communication, and classroom participation
