Job Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments
Evaluate students' speech, language, communication, and related needs
Develop individualized treatment and intervention plans based on assessment findings
Provide direct speech and language therapy services to eligible students
Address articulation, language, fluency, voice, and communication needs as appropriate
Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and multidisciplinary team meetings
Contribute to the development, review, and monitoring of IEP goals
Monitor student progress and adjust intervention strategies as needed
Maintain accurate and confidential student records and service documentation
Collaborate with teachers, families, administrators, and related service providers
Provide recommendations and strategies to support communication across educational settings
Follow applicable special education procedures, school policies, and professional requirements
