Every Special Child (ESC) is seeking a qualified and dedicated Teacher of the Visually Impaired (VI) to support students with visual impairments in Rohnert Park, CA, for the 2026–2027 school year. Job Responsibilities

Provide individualized instruction to students with visual impairments
Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
Adapt instructional materials into accessible formats (Braille, large print, audio)
Teach Braille and assistive technology skills as needed
Conduct functional vision assessments and learning media assessments
Collaborate with general education teachers and support staff
Support students in developing independence and daily living skills
Monitor student progress and maintain accurate documentation
Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
Ensure compliance with state and federal education regulations
