Job Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to school administrators and staff
  • Answer phone calls, emails, and greet students, parents, and visitors professionally
  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and maintain office calendars
  • Maintain student records, attendance reports, and confidential files
  • Prepare correspondence, reports, spreadsheets, and other administrative documents
  • Assist with enrollment, registration, and school office procedures
  • Coordinate office supplies, inventory, and equipment
