Overview

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and review behavioral data
• Develop individualized behavior intervention and support plans
• Implement evidence-based strategies based on student needs
• Track behavioral outcomes and refine interventions using data
• Support students in developing functional and replacement behaviors
• Guide teachers and support staff on behavior-management techniques
• Collaborate with families, educators, therapists, and school teams
• Contribute behavioral recommendations to IEP planning when appropriate
• Maintain accurate behavioral documentation and progress records
• Promote student independence, engagement, and positive school participation
