Overview

Job Responsibilities

• Create and monitor IEPs aligned with individual student priorities
• Deliver targeted instruction for students requiring different support levels
• Adapt lessons, assignments, and classroom resources to learner abilities
• Use evidence-based teaching and positive behavioral support strategies
• Measure academic, communication, behavioral, and functional progress
• Refine instructional methods based on student performance data
• Strengthen independence, social skills, and active classroom engagement
• Partner with educators, therapists, paraprofessionals, and families
• Complete progress reports and required special education documentation
• Participate in IEP reviews and multidisciplinary planning meetings

Job Schedule
