Overview

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee IEPs aligned with individual student goals
• Deliver specialized instruction for varying levels of student support
• Modify lessons and classroom materials according to learner needs
• Apply structured teaching and positive behavioral support strategies
• Track academic, behavioral, communication, and functional development
• Adjust instructional methods using student performance data
• Support independence, life skills, confidence, and classroom engagement
• Coordinate with educators, therapists, paraprofessionals, and families
• Maintain timely progress reports and required special education records
• Participate in IEP reviews and collaborative team meetings
