Job Responsibilities

• Assist students during individual and classroom learning activities.
• Reinforce teacher-led academic instruction and skill practice.
• Provide one-on-one or small-group student support.
• Follow student accommodations and classroom support strategies.
• Encourage positive behavior and appropriate peer interactions.
• Assist students with transitions, routines, and functional activities.
• Support communication, social, and independence-building skills.
• Observe and record student progress as directed.
• Collaborate with teachers and related service professionals.
• Maintain a safe, respectful, and supportive learning environment.
