Speech Language Pathologist Job in San Francisco, CA (SY 2026–2027)

Overview

Job Responsibilities

• Provide speech and language services to students based on individual needs.
• Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments as assigned.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy goals and treatment plans.
• Provide individual and small-group speech and language therapy.
• Support students with communication, articulation, fluency, language, and social communication needs.
• Monitor and document student progress toward therapy goals.
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to students’ IEP development.
• Collaborate with special education teachers, general education teachers, paraprofessionals, and related service professionals.
• Communicate with families regarding student progress and recommended support strategies.
• Maintain accurate therapy records and required documentation.
• Provide classroom-based strategies and consultation when appropriate.
• Maintain a safe, respectful, and supportive learning environment.
