Job Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments.
Develop and implement individualized speech and language therapy plans.
Provide individual and small-group speech and language therapy services.
Address articulation, fluency, receptive and expressive language, and social communication needs.
Monitor student progress and maintain accurate therapy and service documentation.
Develop communication strategies and supports based on individual student needs.
Participate in IEP meetings and contribute appropriate speech and language goals.
Collaborate with teachers, families, administrators, and multidisciplinary teams.
Recommend appropriate accommodations, modifications, and communication supports.
Maintain progress reports and other required student records.
Communicate with families regarding student communication needs and progress.
Follow applicable school policies, professional standards, and special education requirements.
