Job Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for students with visual impairments
Provide specialized instruction based on individual student needs and learning goals
Adapt curriculum, instructional materials, and classroom activities for accessibility
Support students with Braille instruction, assistive technology, and specialized learning tools
Monitor student academic, functional, and independence skill development
Maintain accurate student records, progress reports, and educational documentation
Collaborate with teachers, families, administrators, and related service providers
Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
Recommend accommodations, modifications, and accessibility strategies
