Benefits

Employees are the most valuable asset of the company. There is no single answer for success so we avoid offering cookie-cutter benefits, we create strategies that grow with employee. The benefits are directly tied up with employee satisfaction, so we have built benefit plan for our employees incorporating employee-oriented benefits to better meet employees’ needs. We provide these benefits to the employee, its spouse, child(ren) & family members once enroll in our benefits’ plan. We offer benefits equitably and do not discriminate based on race, gender, religion, or other protected characteristics.

Dental & Vision:

Dental/Vision issues affect absolutely everyone throughout their lives. Tooth, gum & your eyes are vital for ongoing wellness, especially as you get older. Problems are less likely to occur with regular preventative treatment. Enrolling ESC vision & dental insurance plan will help you maintain your health, save money on related products and services, and diagnose general health issues as well. Coverage typically includes eye checks, prescription lenses, frames, contact lenses, and many other aspects of eye health. It gives benefit for the treatment of the infected tooth nerves to the Policyholder. Dental insurance also covers the tooth removal cost. Even some minor surgical procedures such as a biopsy of teeth tissue and drainage of minor oral infections are also covered in dental insurance.

401K Plan

Eligible employees have the opportunity to participate in a company sponsored 401K plan. Employees can choose to contribute to these plans with their pre tax dollars and get all the tax benefits of enrolling in a retirement plan. ESC will start doing a matching contribution(upper cap) to the 401k plan after 365 days of continuous employment. When you terminate your employment with the company, you can transfer your 401K plan to your new employer or transfer your funds to a Roth IRA. The Company reserves the right to amend, interpret, modify or terminate any of its employee benefits programs without prior notice to the extent allowed by law. Life/AD&D

Life Insurance is a plan that pays a benefit if you lose your lifebecause of natural causes during your tenure with ESC. Full-time regular staff are eligible for Life Insruance coverage of $100,000. You enroll in the plan as a new hire. You are required to select a beneficiary when you apply for coverage. You may request a change in beneficiary at any time. Company pays 100% for the plan upto $100,000. Employees who need additional coverage, may voluntarily elect to participate by paying the additional premium. The Company reserves the right to amend, interpret, modify or terminate any of its employee benefits programs without prior notice to the extent allowed by law. Referral Program

Every Special Child LLC offers an employee referral program to encourage employees to recommend qualified candidates. Our referral program provides employees with a referral bonus for successful hires made based upon an employee’s recommendation. If a recommended candidate is hired and completes full time employment with the company for 3-4 months, the referring employee will be entitled to a discretionary bonus. All referred candidates will be considered and evaluated based on experience and qualifications and will be subject to the same pre-employment standards as all other candidates. License Reimbursement

We reimburse/repay the employee for personal/out-of-pocket expenses made in order to obtain teaching licensure through the States. Employees will need to submit their fee receipt and will be reimbursed for initial licensure fees with their first pay check. The length of time necessary to obtain a license varies from state to state. You can expect licenses to take as little as one day in “walkthrough” states or several months in other states.

Paid Time Off

Paid time off (PTO) is a company policy that provides employees with a pool of bankable hours that can be used for any purpose. Also known as personal time off, the acronym PTO is generally used to describe any period of time that an employee is paid while taking leave from work. Paid time off days include vacation, personal, and sick days. As per the California law, employees are eligible for 3 days or 24 hours annually for PTOs. Short Term Disability

Short-term disability is an income replacement benefit that provides in full or a percentage of pre-disability earnings on a weekly basis when employees are out of work on a disability claim. It typically covers off-the-job accidents and illnesses that workers’ compensation would not cover. Continuing Education Unit (CEU)

It is very important to stay up to date in this industry. A continuing education unit (CEU) or continuing education credit (CEC) is a program used in continuing education programs to assist the professional to maintain their license in their profession. We make sure our employees have regular professional development. We help you maintain your professional certified status through attending different conferences, seminars etc.

Relocation Assistance

The cost of relocation is not as simple. There are various relocation costs that employees face which often includes travel expenses, moving expense etc. We take care of such costs in full or percentage of costs.
