Overview

Job Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one and small-group student support.
• Assist with classroom activities, routines, and transitions.
• Implement assigned instructional and behavioral strategies.
• Reinforce positive behaviors and appropriate social interactions.
• Support communication, self-regulation, and independence skills.
• Follow individualized education and behavior support plans.
• Collect and record student progress and behavior data as directed.
• Collaborate with teachers, BCBAs, and related service professionals.
• Encourage positive classroom participation and peer interactions.
• Maintain a safe, structured, and supportive learning environment.
• Maintain student confidentiality and professional boundaries.
