Overview

Job Responsibilities

• Evaluate students' motor, sensory, and functional needs
• Develop individualized school-based occupational therapy goals
• Provide direct and consultative OT services
• Support handwriting, self-care, and classroom participation skills
• Recommend adaptive tools and environmental modifications
• Monitor progress and adjust therapy strategies when needed
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and related service providers
• Contribute to IEP development and student progress reviews
• Maintain accurate evaluations, therapy notes, and progress records
• Promote greater independence throughout the school day
