Job Responsibilities

• Create individualized IEP goals and instructional plans
• Provide specialized academic and functional skills instruction
• Adjust curriculum and activities for diverse learning abilities
• Implement positive behavioral and classroom support strategies
• Evaluate student progress using ongoing performance data
• Build communication, social, and independent living skills
• Coordinate support with teachers, therapists, and paraprofessionals
• Maintain accurate student progress and compliance documentation
• Communicate regularly with families and educational teams
• Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary planning
