Job Responsibilities

• Develop and monitor individualized IEP goals
• Deliver specialized academic and functional instruction
• Adapt lessons and materials for individual learning needs
• Use structured teaching and positive behavior supports
• Monitor student progress and modify instruction accordingly
• Strengthen communication, social, and independence skills
• Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and support professionals
• Maintain progress reports and required educational records
• Communicate student development with families and school teams
• Participate in IEP meetings and educational planning
