Job Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee IEPs based on individual student goals
• Deliver specialized individual and small-group instruction
• Modify lessons and learning materials for diverse student needs
• Apply positive behavior and evidence-based teaching strategies
• Monitor academic, behavioral, and functional student progress
• Adjust instruction using assessment and performance data
• Coordinate with teachers, therapists, support staff, and families
• Maintain accurate progress reports and special education records
• Participate in IEP reviews and multidisciplinary team meetings
• Encourage student independence, confidence, and active participation
