Job Responsibilities

  • Provide direct one-on-one or small-group behavioral support
  • Implement behavior plans and intervention strategies as directed
  • Collect and record accurate student behavior and skill data
  • Reinforce positive behaviors and functional replacement skills
  • Support communication, social, academic, and daily living skills
  • Assist students during classroom activities and school routines
  • Follow guidance provided by supervising behavioral professionals
  • Collaborate with teachers, BCBAs, and other support staff
  • Document student progress and behavioral observations
  • Maintain professional, safe, and supportive student interactions
