Job Responsibilities

  • Assist licensed Speech-Language Pathologists with speech and language therapy services
  • Provide individual and small-group therapy support as directed by the supervising SLP
  • Implement speech, language, and communication intervention activities
  • Support students with articulation, fluency, language, and communication needs
  • Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions and student progress
  • Assist with data collection and progress monitoring
  • Collaborate with SLPs, teachers, families, and school staff
  • Help create a positive and supportive learning environment
  • Follow student treatment plans and school-based service requirements
  • Maintain confidentiality and comply with professional standards
