Board Certified Behavior Analyst Job in Stockton, CA (SY 2026–27)

Overview

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and other behavioral assessments as appropriate
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans
• Analyze behavioral data and use findings to guide intervention strategies
• Establish measurable behavioral goals based on individual student needs
• Provide behavior-analytic services and consultation within the school environment
• Monitor student progress and modify interventions based on data and observed outcomes
• Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) and multidisciplinary team meetings
• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, families, administrators, and related service providers
• Provide consultation, training, and support to educational staff implementing behavior strategies
• Support the development of positive and proactive behavioral interventions
• Maintain accurate, confidential, and timely clinical and educational documentation
• Follow applicable special education procedures, school policies, and professional standards
• Promote positive, respectful, and student-centered behavioral support practices
